Breathing In

A sip of wine, a breathe of air, the rush from a kiss, the smell in the night.
Time goes by and I feel its weight, like a block of bricks just begging to brake.
A lovers touch, the suns golden rays, the unknown.
My heart weeps for those who don’t seek. To seek what they need or
What their heart desires.
The rustles of leaves, the sting of a bee, the sound of a whisper.
All hope is not lost, for I do stay. Stay alive to breathe another day,
To say a soft pray, to sing praise.
A brush of the wind, the patter of paws and the whisk of a frog.
I will stay and live another day and remember to breath in.
